To view your transaction history, you need to be logged in to your account. Go to 'Account' and select "Transaction History". Then select the period you would like to see your transaction history for.
You can access your transactions from the last 13 months here. Anything older will be dealt with by our Solutions team within 48 hours.
You can request a copy of transactions older than 13 months by emailing our Solutions Team on solutions@moplay.co.uk.
